In some ways, I can hardly believe we have been married 16 years. In other ways, I can't really remember what my life was like before you (Russ). Today, we celebrate the start of 17 years together.
The last 16 years have been one adventure after another. We’ve been to the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. One thing I can say for sure is that there is nobody else with whom I would rather have shared these experiences, even when I say differently on "bad" days. I'm looking forward to adding to the memories in the years to come.
I hope that by the time it’s all said and done, when we are "older and grayer" our list of memories is a very long one. And I hope we can look back and see how much we have both grown as a couple. I know I don't make things easy at times, however I wouldn't want to spend my life with anyone else.
