It would be sensible to remove these foods.
Carob
Coffee
Gluten
Oat
Shrimp

Positive
Blackberry
netmeg
Peanut
Rye

I was surprised gluten/Rye allergy/ positive.
Makes sense now why she's so sensitive
with having an allergy and "celiac" gluten intolerance

Carob was a new "word" for me so I had to do "some" research

Unexpected exposure
The pods are used as an animal feed.
Great quantities of pods have been imported
into the United States for flavoring tobacco.
Carob is an additivein breakfast foods
such as jams, marmalades, and yogurt.
It is used in cake icing, canned poultry and meats,
infant food, prepared mustard, and some toothpaste.
Carob thus has the status of a “hidden allergen”.

Overall I don't think we will have to adjust much, we are already Gluten free
"carob"might" be a little hard
it seems to be "hidden"
in many things you wouldn't think
(hum seems familiar in our life) GLUTEN
