I was surprised gluten/Rye allergy/ positive. Makes sense now why she's so sensitive with having an allergy and "celiac" gluten intolerance

Carob thus has the status of a “hidden allergen”.

Overall I don't think we will have to adjust much, we are already Gluten free

We went to a Royals game tonight with some "friends"

I had to take my camera back to the van.

Because of the lens, they wouldn't let me use it.
